2-4TablespoonsAquafabaliquid from can of chickpeas
¼CupAlmond Butter
1TablespoonLemon Juice
2TeaspoonsCumin
2TeaspoonsSmoked Paprika
½TeaspoonSalt
Instructions
Mince three of the garlic cloves. In a small pan, saute the minced garlic in vegetable broth for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.
Meanwhile, add the remaining two cloves of garlic, chickpeas, almond butter, lemon juice, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt to a food processor. Process until smooth, adding the aquafaba as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Transfer to a bowl and top with cooked garlic. Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika. Enjoy!
