- 2 Medium Avocados
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- ¼ Cup Cooked Corn Kernels
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados.
Chop the jalapeno into small pieces. Add the pepper and about half of its seeds to the avocado.
Add the corn, salt, and cayenne to the avocados. Stir to combine. Taste and add more cayenne if desired. Enjoy!
