Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Avocados
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Cooked Corn Kernels
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados.
  • Chop the jalapeno into small pieces. Add the pepper and about half of its seeds to the avocado.
  • Add the corn, salt, and cayenne to the avocados. Stir to combine. Taste and add more cayenne if desired. Enjoy!
