Ingredients

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ Medium Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Milk I used soy milk

Matcha Layer

  • ½ Medium Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Milk I used soy milk
  • ½ Cup Yogurt I used vegan greek yogurt
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Matcha Powder
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder optional; I used almond powder

Instructions

  • Add the strawberry layer ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside in the freezer while you make the matcha layer.
  • Rinse out the blender and add the matcha layer ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry layer into a glass. Then pour the matcha layer over the back of a spoon. Enjoy immediately.
