Ingredients

  • Cup Rolled Oats gluten-free if necessary
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Gingerbread Spice
  • ½ Teaspoon Molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • Toppings: date syrup, walnuts, chia seeds

Gingerbread Spice

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the oats and cook. Stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  • When the oats are done, mix in the gingerbread spice, molasses, and flaxseeds. Drizzle with date syrup. Enjoy!
