- ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats gluten-free if necessary
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Gingerbread Spice
- ½ Teaspoon Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
- Toppings: date syrup, walnuts, chia seeds
Gingerbread Spice
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
- 1 ½ Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Bring the water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the oats and cook. Stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes until the water is absorbed.
When the oats are done, mix in the gingerbread spice, molasses, and flaxseeds. Drizzle with date syrup. Enjoy!
