Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Sweet Potato steamed + mashed
  • ¾ Cup Date Sugar
  • Cup Nut Butter
  • Cup Bourbon
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Oat Flour
  • ¼ Cup Almond Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottom and sides of a brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the sweet potato, date sugar, nut butter, and bourbon.
  • Mix in the cocoa powder, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
