½CupBlack Coffee or Shot of Espresso

Instructions
Pour milk into a microwave-safe jar. Microwave for a minute, until the milk is hot. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple or date syrup, if using, cover, and shake vigorously until foamy.
Pour the coffee or espresso into a mug. Then add the milk. Spoon on any leftover foam. Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
