2CupsRolled Oats
¼CupPumpkin Seeds
¼CupChopped Pecans
¼CupShredded Coconut
2TablespoonsSesame Seeds
1TeaspoonPaprika
1TeaspoonTurmeric
1TeaspoonGarlic Powder
1TeaspoonSalt
½TeaspoonCumin
¼TeaspoonCayenne
¼TeaspoonCloves
¼CupDate Syrup*
¼CupMaple Syrup*
2TablespoonsMolasses
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients (and all the spices) in a medium bowl. Add the date syrup, maple syrup, and molasses. Stir until all the oats are coated.
Spread the mixture on the prepared pan and bake for 20-35 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before breaking into chunks. Enjoy!
Notes
*You can use all date syrup or all maple syrup and achieve a very similar granola.
