Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Head Cauliflower
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • While the oven is heating, chop the cauliflower into small florets and slice the garlic.
  • Rinse the cauliflower and then place on a baking sheet with the garlic. Sprinkle on the turmeric, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  • Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
