Instructions
Add the sugar and molasses to a medium bowl - use a bowl a size or two larger than you'd think, you'll want this room for mixing.
Use a fork to stir the molasses into the sugar. Working out the clumps until the molasses is fully incorporated and the sugar takes on a uniform color.Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Do not use a hand mixer. The mixer is too strong to mix in the molasses. You will end up with clumpy sugar that does not mix into your baked goods or melt well.
