Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 Small Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Recipe Vegan Shredded Seitan Chicken or other vegan chicken like soy curls, or store bought chicken product
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning or your favorite taco seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano optional

Taco Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Jalapeno

Instructions

  • In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the onion until just starting to soften.
  • Add the shredded chicken, water, and seasonings to the pan. Toss well and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite taco fixings. Enjoy!
