Vegan Chicken Teriyaki is a savory-sweet dish featuring vegan chicken glazed in a teriyaki sauce. This 20 minute dish is the perfect high protein weeknight meal.

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seitan chicken and teriyaki sauce. Cook 5-7 minutes until warm and just starting to brown. **If you are using store-bought chicken, sauté the chicken according to the package instructions before adding the teriyaki sauce.
Meanwhile, heat the oil another large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccolini and cook or a few minutes to brown. Then add 3 tablespoons of water, cover and steam for 5 minutes, until soft.
Serve the chicken and broccoli over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
