Red

  • Red Grapes
  • Red Apples
  • Raspberries
  • Blood Orange
  • Red Pepper Hummus
  • Other Red Produce of choice i.e. red pears, radishes, cherries, tomatoes, peppers

Green

  • Green Grapes
  • Green Apples
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Edamame Hummus
  • Other Green Produce of choice i.e. green pears, kiwis, cucumbers, snap peas

Neutral

  • Blanched Almonds
  • Bread
  • Other Neutral Items of choice i.e. hummus, pita, crackers

Instructions

  • Prepare all your ingredients. Slice the fruits and vegetables. Make hummus.
  • Arrange the charcuterie board. Place groups of each food onto the board. For best results, start with the largest items like containers of dip and hunks of bread. Then, try adding the same food in several different areas of your board and create a good mix of red and green across the board. Fill in any gaps with small items like nuts and seeds. Serve and enjoy!
