Ingredients

  • 2 15 Ounce Cans Cannellini Beans or Great Northern Beans
  • 1 14 Ounce Can Cranberry Sauce (1.5 cups) or use ½ batch of my homemade cranberry sauce
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspooon Baking Soda optional, to help keep the beans soft
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Fresh Parsley for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, or in the dish you want to bake in, mix the beans, cranberry sauce, bbq sauce, salt, and baking soda. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and whisk in the cornstarch. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve. Top with fresh parsley if desired.
