Ingredients
1LargeBaguette or 2 Medium/Smallsee gluten free options below
⅓CupMiyokos Vegan Buttersoftened (OR ¼ cup canned coconut milk OR ¼ cup vegetable broth)
8ClovesGarlicminced
2TablespoonsChopped Fresh Parsley
½TeaspoonSalt
¼TeaspoonBlack Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
In a small bowl, mix the butter (or broth or coconut milk), garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the baguette.
Place the two halves of the baguette back together and wrap the entire baguette in foil.
Place on a baking sheet (to catch any leaks) and bake for 10-12 minutes until warm and toasted. Unwrap and turn the butter side face up, broil for 2-3 more minutes.
Notes
Gluten-Free Baguettes: both B-Free and Schar have gluten-free and vegan baguettes. Often these are found in the frozen or refrigerated sections. The recipe works the same with gluten-free bread, no additional changes are needed.
