This Vegan Gingerbread Latte is full of warm holiday spices from homemade gingerbread syrup. A delightful holiday coffee drink - hot or iced!

Ingredients

  • 2 Shots (Double Shot) Espresso (to make using instant - mix 1 teaspoon espresso powder and 2 ounces hot water)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Gingerbread Syrup to taste - 1 tablespoon is slightly sweet and 2 is quite sweet
  • ¾ Cup Oat Milk I used Planet Oat's unsweetened extra creamy; or use a barista oat milk
  • ½ Cup Ice if making an iced version

Instructions

  • Brew or make your espresso.
  • For an iced version, add ice to your glass. For a hot version, steam or heat your milk.
  • To your glass or mug add the brewed espresso, gingerbread syrup, then the milk.
