Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • To serve: vegan yogurt, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the oats, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • Spread on the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
  • Let cool completely on the pan. Serve and enjoy!
