3 Cups Raw Peanuts 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup 3 Tablespoons Date Sugar ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or the inside of your air fryer with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix the peanuts, maple syrup, date sugar, and cinnamon.
Spread the peanuts on the parchment. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 7-10 minutes. Watch closely so the maple syrup doesn't burn.
Remove from the oven and cool completely. Enjoy!
