½ Cup Raw Cashews ¼ Cup Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast 1 Tablespoon Capers in brine 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper ¼-1/2 Cup Water
