Filling 3 Medium Peaches sliced ¼ Cup Date Syrup or Maple Syrup 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 ½ Teaspoon Cornstarch ¼ Teaspoon Salt Topping ⅔ Cup Rolled Oats 3 Tablespoons Maple or Date Syrup 1 Tablespoon Oat Flour ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon ⅛ Teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
Add all the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Pour the peach mixture into a small baking dish or dish for your air fryer.
In a separate bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
Spread the topping evenly over the peach mixture.
