  • 3 Medium Peaches sliced
  • ¼ Cup Date Syrup or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

Topping

  • Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple or Date Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Oat Flour
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  • Add all the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a small baking dish or dish for your air fryer.
  • In a separate bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Spread the topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly, serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
