  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until mixed thoroughly.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

*To make your own Pumpkin Pie Spice, combine 1 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon cloves. This makes just enough for Pumpkin Spice Latte Granola.
