Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Puffed Rice or other puffed grain of choice if large, chop into small pieces
  • Cup Nut Butter
  • Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Fold in the puffed rice and coat with the maple syrup.
  • Press the mixture into a square brownie pan. Freeze for an hour.
  • When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and slice into bars. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
