Ingredients
3CupsPuffed Rice or other puffed grain of choiceif large, chop into small pieces
⅓CupNut Butter
⅓CupMaple Syrup
1TeaspoonVanilla Extract
¾TeaspoonSea Salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in the puffed rice and coat with the maple syrup.
Press the mixture into a square brownie pan. Freeze for an hour.
When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and slice into bars. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
