Ingredients

  • 2 Heads Broccoli rinsed and cut into florets
  • 1 ½ Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes cubed
  • 6 Cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the potatoes on the pan and sprinkle with the paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and add the broccoli and garlic. Bake another 10-15 minutes, until the broccoli is cooked and potatoes are fork-tender.
