These sugar-free vegan root beer floats are the plant-based version of the traditional float. The classic summer treat turned vegan with vegan vanilla ice cream floating in bubbly plant-based root beer.

Instructions

  • Make a batch of no-churn vegan vanilla ice cream. Freeze until solid, then let thaw for 10 minutes to allow the ice cream to soften.
  • Pour a can of root beer into a glass ¾ of the way full.
  • Add a scoop or two of ice cream, watching carefully so the glass doesn't overflow.
  • Top with a cherry. Serve and enjoy!
