Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Pears
  • 4 Teaspoons Date Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the pears.
  • Add all ingredients into a non-stick pan and cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pears are done when they are are warmed and soft. Enjoy!
