- 1 Head Celery 7-10 stalks
- 8 Ounces Vegan Cream Cheese softened
- ½ Cup Vegan Cheddar optional
- ⅓ Cup Finely Chopped Coconut Bacon I made my coconut bacon recipe
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives chopped + more for topping
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 Dashes Hot Sauce
Slice each stalk of celery into 3 pieces.
In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the cheddar, coconut bacon, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Whip again until smooth.
If desired transfer the mixture to a piping bag or plastic bag to pipe.
Pipe or spread the cream cheese mixture into each celery boat. Garnish with more fresh chives.
