Ingredients

  • 1 Head Celery 7-10 stalks
  • 8 Ounces Vegan Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ Cup Vegan Cheddar optional
  • Cup Finely Chopped Coconut Bacon I made my coconut bacon recipe
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives chopped + more for topping
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Dashes Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • Slice each stalk of celery into 3 pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the cheddar, coconut bacon, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Whip again until smooth.
  • If desired transfer the mixture to a piping bag or plastic bag to pipe.
  • Pipe or spread the cream cheese mixture into each celery boat. Garnish with more fresh chives.
