These Vegan Spicy Roasted Nuts are a delicious crunchy snack. They are oil-free and sugar-free, perfect as a sweet, spicy, healthy appetizer or snack.

- 3 Cups Mixed Nuts I used pecans, cashews, almonds, and pepitas
- ¼ Cup Date or Maple Syrup
- 2-4 Teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Cloves
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Stir until all the nuts are evenly coated with sriracha and syrup.
Spread the coated nuts on the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the nuts are browned.
Let the nuts cool completely on the pan. This is what makes sure they stay crunchy. Serve and enjoy!
