These Vegan Spicy Roasted Nuts are a delicious crunchy snack. They are oil-free and sugar-free, perfect as a sweet, spicy, healthy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Mixed Nuts I used pecans, cashews, almonds, and pepitas
  • ¼ Cup Date or Maple Syrup
  • 2-4 Teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Stir until all the nuts are evenly coated with sriracha and syrup.
  • Spread the coated nuts on the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the nuts are browned.
  • Let the nuts cool completely on the pan. This is what makes sure they stay crunchy. Serve and enjoy!
