Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Italian Crusty Bread or Sandwich Bread optionally toasted
  • 2 Tablespoons Leftover Mushroom Gravy
  • 5 Slices Leftover Seitan Turkey
  • ½ Cup Leftover Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ Cup Leftover Stuffing
  • ¼ Cup Leftover Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  • Toast your bread if desired. Then, onto one piece of bread, spread a thin layer of gravy. Add your seitan turkey or other protein, then mashed potatoes and stuffing. Top with cranberry sauce and fresh chives. Add the remaining slice of bread.
