1 16 Ounce Block Silken Tofu 8 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, melted ⅓ Cup Maple or Date Syrup 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder Pinch Salt To serve: vegan whipped cream or non-dairy yogurt, fresh fruit, chocolate
