Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Silken Tofu (½ package)
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Tamari
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend well. Alternatively, mix well by hand.
