- 1 Medium Banana
- 2 Cups Oat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Rum Extract OR 1 shot rum
- ½ Cup Chia Seeds
- To serve: fresh pineapple, orange, banana
In a medium bowl mash the banana.
Stir in the oat milk, ginger, and rum. Mix thoroughly.
Mix in the chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
When ready to serve, top with fruit. Enjoy!
