Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 2 Cups Oat Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Rum Extract OR 1 shot rum
  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • To serve: fresh pineapple, orange, banana

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mash the banana.
  • Stir in the oat milk, ginger, and rum. Mix thoroughly.
  • Mix in the chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • When ready to serve, top with fruit. Enjoy!
