Easy Vegan Nutella

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Dry Roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1 ½ Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until smooth. This may take several minutes and you may need to scrape down the sides of the bowl. When smooth, the nut butter should sound 'sloshy' as it splashes on the sides of the food processor.
  • While the nut butter is processing, melt the chocolate.
  • Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to the nut butter. Pulse a few times to mix - avoid overmixing. Serve and enjoy!
