Ingredients

  • 5 Mint Leaves plus more for garnish
  • 2 Ounces White Grape Juice
  • 1 Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ Ounce Lemon Ginger Simple Syrup or more for a sweeter drink, up to 1 ounce
  • ½ Teaspoon Molasses optional
  • Ice cubes for shaking the cocktail, crushed for serving
  • 2-3 Ounces Sparkling Water can use ginger flavored or even ginger beer
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker or jar muddle the mint leaves.
  • Add a few cubes of ice, the grape juice, lime juice, lemon ginger syrup, and molasses. Shake until the shaker has frosted over.
  • Add more ice to your glass. Pour the juice mixture over the ice. If desired, add a few mint leaves and lime slices into the glass. Top with sparkling water.
