Gingerbread Spice
- ⅜ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ⅛ Teaspoon Nutmeg
Gingerbread Almonds
- 1 Cup Raw Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Molasses
- 1 Teaspoon Gingerbread Spice
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make the gingerbread spice if you don't already have some.
Mix the almonds, date syrup, molasses, and gingerbread spice in a medium bowl. Spread on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool completely. Enjoy!
