Crust
1 ⅔CupOat Flour
¼Cup+ 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
¼Cup+ 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, toss the apples, maple syrup, nut butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Let the mixture sit while you prepare the crust.
In another large bowl, whisk the oat flour, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the maple syrup and nut butter until a dough forms.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9” round tart pan.
Arrange the apples over the crust. Drizzle with any remaining liquid from the apple marinade.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the crust is brown and the apples are soft.
