Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup + 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste optional
  • Pinch Salt optional

Instructions

  • Pour the maple syrup into a medium bowl. Add the vanilla and salt, if using.
  • Sift the cocoa powder into maple syrup. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
