In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the cider, orange juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, apple slices, orange slices, cranberries, and pumpkin pie spice. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, even overnight.
Add club soda and serve. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

*I buy fresh cranberries and freeze them. They last longer and they can serve as ice, without diluting the punch.
