Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups Oat Milk
  • ½ Cup Arborio Rice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Cup Maple Syrup
  • Cup Raisins

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan or pot, stir the oat milk, rice, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Then turn the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup and raisins.
  • Serve warm or chill for 30-60 minutes and serve cold. Enjoy!
