Instructions
In a large saucepan or pot, stir the oat milk, rice, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Then turn the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
