- 2 Teaspoons Matcha
- 2 Tablespoons Warm Water
- ¼ Cup Cold Water
- 1 Cup Milk I used soy milk
- 1-3 Tablespoons Raspberry Simple Syrup if using unstrained syrup closer to 3; if using strained syrup, closer to 1
If using a matcha whisk, soak the whisk in hot water for 5 minutes before using.
Sift the matcha through a fine mesh strainer.
In your matcha bowl or other small bowl, whisk together the matcha and warm water in an "M" motion.
Add the cold water (or the rest of the hot water for a hot latte) and whisk again.
Add ice to the glass. Add your desired amount of raspberry syrup, then your milk, then pour in the matcha.
