Dressing 1 Cup Fresh Basil 1 Cup Fresh Spinach 2 Cloves Garlic Juice of 2 Lemons 2 Medium Avocados ¼ Cup Nutritional Yeast 1 Teaspoon Salt ½ Cup Water Salad 1 Small Head Green Cabbage chopped 3 Baby Cucumbers chopped 1 Bunch Scallions sliced 1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the cabbage, cucumber, scallions, chickpeas, and dressing to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Serve on a sandwich or with tortilla chips.
