Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Scoops Vegan Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds or Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Mango chopped into small pieces, plus more for topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To make the oats sweeter add a mashed banana, a teaspoon of date or maple syrup, or more fruit!
