¼CupVegan Cream Cheese
2TablespoonsMaple Syrup
4Sprigs Fresh Thyme Leaves + Extra sprigs for garnish

3TablespoonsRoughly Chopped Salted Pistachios
Instructions
Use a pairing knife to carefully cut a slit lengthwise through each date. Remove the pits, keeping each date intact. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, maple syrup, thyme, and salt.
Use a piping bag or zip top bag to pipe the cream cheese mixture into each date. Top with the pistachios and a garnish of thyme.
