We're already a week into November - how crazy! Thanksgiving is just around the corner. If you don't know what you're making yet, that's okay. I've got you covered with 25 Thanksgiving Recipes that are completely plant-based, oil-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free/fruit-sweetened.

I'm excited to make these recipes for my family's Thanksgiving and I hope you enjoy them too!

    Appetizers

Kari over at Beautiful Ingredient has a lovely Arugula-Pecan Vegan Cheesy Spread . Made with only a few ingredients,  it's a perfect appetizer. (Note: to make this sugar-free, use date syrup)

My Sweet Potato Hummus recipe can serve as a replacement to unhealthy, fat-filled dips that usually populate the appetizer table.

Cinnamon Candied Pecans can add a sweet crunch to your table. Yum.

My family is filled with mushroom lovers so I will definitely be trying Robin and Ameera's Mushroom Gravy over at Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures. So good!

    Potatoes

Brandi's Mashed Potatoes from the Vegan 8 look incredible. The best part: only 8 ingredients. This recipe could not get any better.

Sweetness of balsamic vinegar combines with sweet potato and cauliflower for some delicious Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower and Sweet Potato, courtesy of yours truly.

This Sweet Potato Casserole from Shane and Simple could almost qualify as dessert! Does that mean we can eat it twice in one day? I think yes.

Scalloped Potatoes were one of my FAVORITE dishes as a kid. It made me so happy to find this gem on Monkey and Me Kitchen Adventures. Such deliciousness.

Wanting sweet potatoes AND mashed potatoes AND vegetables?? Well try Diane's Cauliflower Sweet Potato Mash from her website Plant Based Cooking.

I want to devour these Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries from Rebecca at Strength and Sunshine. Fries with no oil? Count me in.

    Breads

These Garlic Chive Dinner Muffins look divine. Brandi from The Vegan 8 is an incredible baker and uses some unique flours that make her dishes turn out amazing. I'm excited to try!

Annie from VegAnnie has a low-calorie Cornbread recipe that looks so easy to prep and SO fluffy. No guilt here!

    Vegetables

I'll definitely be roasting some Parsnips, one of my favorite foods, this Thanksgiving.

Always a crowd-favorite, you can never go wrong with Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower.

    Other Sides

Another recipe for my mushroom-loving family, this Creamy Mushroom Rice from Sweet Simple Vegan is packed with veggies. A fabulous way to sneak in healthy foods.

This Squash Lentil Quinoa Salad ticks so many healthy checkboxes, it's hard to even think of this dish as being a decadent Thanksgiving recipe. But it is, the ladies at Veganosity nailed this one!

This Vegan Quinoa Stuffing redefines what stuffing even is. With veggies and fall fruits, Jasmine and Chris from Sweet Simple Vegan brought their game again.

Roasted Root Vegetable Soup is delicious and soul-warming. Find this lovely combination of carrots and parsnips on my blog here.

Don't worry, I didn't forget to include a Cranberry Sauce recipe. Shane's got you covered!

    Desserts

For your Paleo friends, Natalie at Feasting on Fruit has delicious Pecan Pie Bars that are both vegan and paleo. Plus, they have pecans and are sweetened only with dates, so they must be good.

Natalie's Apple Crumble Bars are also a great healthy dessert. Featuring layered apples and a decadent crumble topping, every Thanksgiving guest will enjoy these bars.

Another awesome apple recipe comes from Sara at Beaming Banana. Her Apple Tart is so simple and healthy but filled with fall flavors.

If you're looking for something tasty and simple, try my Dessert Pears recipe. Quick and easy!

Another recipe from Natalie at Feasting on Fruit, featuring Pumpkin Pie Cups. With only a few ingredients, the pumpkin pie cups bring all the deliciousness of a pie but without all the work.

And finally, it wouldn't be the holidays for my family without cheesecake. So Sara's Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake will definitely be happening in my house. I love Sara's cheesecakes and I'm super excited to make this for my family.

I hope you enjoyed a lovely roundup of 25 Thanksgiving recipes for a completely plant-based Thanksgiving. Which one(s) will you be making this year?
