Why I love these Air Fryer Bananas
- Dietary needs - these bananas are dairy-free, plant-based, oil-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free
- Quick and easy - this dish is ready in less than 15 minutes and simply involves slicing the bananas, coating them with syrup & spices, and then air frying them
- Fun twist on bananas - don't get me wrong, I love bananas in all their forms. This recipe is just another delicious way to enjoy bananas

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Bananas: use ripe, but not TOO ripe bananas. You don't want them to be falling apart. (If your bananas are too ripe, go make my banana bread instead!)
- Maple Syrup: to make this recipe completely fruit-sweetened use date syrup instead
- Cinnamon & Nutmeg: you could also add cloves, ginger and/or allspice
- Toppings: nuts, berries, more maple syrup
