    Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

In all seriousness.. if you hate brussels sprouts, try this recipe. It's got sweet and salty flavors. And it doesn't turn the brussels sprouts into a bunch of mush.

Plus, there really is (vegan) bacon. Which makes everything better.

    • Maple Syrup: to make this recipe fruit-sweetened, use date syrup instead
    • Garlic

    • Vegan Bacon: whip up a batch of my coconut bacon to add to these sprouts. Coconut bacon is super easy to make and tasted SO good.
