Personally, I use date syrup or maple syrup as my sweeteners of choice. So I made this vegan honey mustard recipe using these sweeteners instead.

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Dijon Mustard: Dijon has the best flavor for a dressing like this, but yellow mustard would work too
- Date or Maple Syrup: choose whichever you prefer. Date syrup offers a completely fruit sweetened option, but does turn the dressing to more of a pinkish color.
- Lemon Juice: you could also use apple cider vinegar
- Garlic Powder: you could sub fresh minced garlic
- Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
