Strawberry Pink Lemonade Mocktail is a bubbly, refreshing twist on classic lemonade. This non alcoholic drink is made with fresh strawberries and lemon juice, perfect for summer sipping!

Earlier this summer I published a mixed berry mocktail recipe, and I absolutely LOVED the method - muddle the berries, add acid and sweetener, then strain and mix with seltzer. It's so simple!
This Strawberry Pink Lemonade Mocktail is the same idea! It's like an easy pink lemonade kicked up a notch, for a tasty mocktail.

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Strawberries: I used fresh strawberries, but frozen, thawed strawberries will also work
- Lemon Juice: I highly recommend using fresh lemon juice - especially since this is lemonade focused. You'll taste the difference!
- Sweetener: I used agave, but maple syrup or honey will also work. You can also use a simple syrup like strawberry simple syrup, brown sugar simple syrup, or maple simple syrup.
- Ice
- Seltzer Water: or club soda, or any sparkling water
- For garnish: fresh mint, strawberries, lemon slices

Pro Tip: Use chilled ingredients and glassware for the coldest drink.

Serving Suggestions
Make it fun: I found these super cute paper straws at Kroger and they fit the vibe so perfectly!
Garnish: serve with lemon slices & extra strawberries for a fun look
Pro Tip: Turn it into a slushy by blending everything with ice instead of serving it over ice.

FAQ & Expert Tips
Yes! Store the strawberry lemon mixture separately, then top with seltzer just before serving.
I highly recommend using fresh - you will taste the difference. Bottled can work in a pinch.
Reduce the agave or add more seltzer for a lighter version.
Homemade cocktails are flexible! And so easy to alter to the exact flavor you prefer.
If you prefer a sweeter drink, add more agave. Or for a more tangy drink, add some extra lemon juice. Make it your own!
If you want to add alcohol, add a shot of tequila or vodka. You may use slightly less seltzer water.
If you make several and have leftovers, a large mason jar is perfect for storage. The drink will last in the fridge for up to a week.
