    Sugar-Free Frozen Cantaloupe Cocktails are delicious fruity summer drinks featuring sweet cantaloupes and tangy grapefruits.

    I'm loving this cantaloupe cocktail because it is probably one of the easiest drinks I've ever made. Making cocktails often intimidates me because I don't want to mess it up. I feel like there's a lot of thought and technique and skill that goes into developing and actually mixing a good cocktail.

    While I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I don't consider myself a barista. I like to keep my drinks pretty simple. But that's okay, because these cocktails are simple AND incredibly delicious.

    There's just three ingredients in these frozen drinks and they could not be easier to make.

    The drinks still have tons of flavor, despite having only a few ingredients. Frozen cantaloupe is the star of the show. The key is to pick out a very ripe, sweet cantaloupe. It makes all the difference for this naturally fruit sweetened beverage.

    Recipe Features

    • Quick and easy - this drink is SUPER quick and there's no barista experience required
    • Non-alcoholic option - if you don't want to drink alcohol, simply omit the vodka. I drank several of these drinks without the vodka and I loved the tasty cantaloupe slushy

    Ingredient Notes

    • Cantaloupe: To prep for this drink you'll want to take a ripe cantaloupe, cut it into chunks and freeze it for at least four hours.
    • Grapefruit: Grapefruit juice adds a nice tang to complement the sweetness of the cantaloupe.
    • Mint: I garnished these cocktails with mint - it's perfect for a hint of freshness.
    • Vodka: These drinks are so tasty as just a cantaloupe slushy, but a shot of vodka takes it up a notch.

    How to make Sugar-Free Frozen Cantaloupe Cocktails

    Step 1. Add the cantaloupe and grapefruit juice to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

    Step 2. Mix in the vodka or pour into glasses and mix in one shot per glass. Garnish with mint and a slice of grapefruit. Enjoy!
