    I'm not much of a spicy dressing person, but honestly I'm obsessed with this dressing. It's the right level of spicy. It's definitely got a kick, but it's not going to fry your taste buds.

    This vegan chipotle ranch dressing features chipotles in adobo sauce. I love how the chipotles are SMOKY. They add such a depth of flavor. The dressing is rich and deep and it makes me want to slather it on everything!

    Ingredient Notes & Substitutions

    • Vegan Yogurt: I used Kite Hill's non-dairy Greek yogurt. Be sure to get unsweetened, unflavored yogurt
    • Chipotle Peppers: these are canned chipotles you can find in the Mexican or canned good section
    • Lemon Juice: for a more tangy dip. Fresh lemon juice is idea.
    • Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dill weed, salt, black pepper

      How spicy is this dressing?

      It depends how many chipotles you use. I recommend two. Feel free to start with just one, then taste and adjust as desired.

      Can I make this ranch without a blender?

      Yes. You can mince the chipotles very finely and whisk everything by hand. Or use just the sauce from the can.

      Storage

      This dressing will last up to two weeks in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.

      Serve this vegan exactly how you would eat non-vegan ranch!
