This Cherry Matcha Latte combines earthy matcha with sweet homemade cherry syrup for a beautiful layered drink. The fruity cherry flavor balances matcha's grassy notes, an easy café-style drink at home.

2 Teaspoons Matcha 2 Tablespoons Warm Water ¼ Cup Cold Water ¾ Cup Oat Milk or other non-dairy milk of choice 1-3 Tablespoons Cherry Simple Syrup Ice
If using a matcha whisk, soak the whisk in hot water for 5 minutes before using.
Sift the matcha through a fine mesh strainer.
In your matcha bowl or other small bowl, whisk together the matcha and warm water in an "M" motion.
Add the cold water (or the rest of the hot water for a hot latte) and whisk again.
Add ice to the glass. Add your desired amount of raspberry syrup, then your milk, then pour in the matcha.
