Dirty Chai Latte Pancakes are the tastiest breakfast treat. The perfect blend of chai flavors and coffee, these pancakes are a flavorful gluten-free vegan dish.

    Dirty Chai Latte Pancakes

These Dirty Chai Latte Pancakes are soo delicious! They've got tons of chai spices for lots of flavor, and also the bold kick of coffee. It's like a latte in pancake form! I love how these pancakes (besides being pancakes) just scream breakfast with the flavor combos.

Since they've got both sets of flavors you could easily devour these pancakes alongside chai tea, a chai tea latte, black coffee, a regular latte... the possibilities are endless!

    Recipe Features

    • Dietary needs - these Dirty Chai Latte Pancakes are oil-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan
    • Delicious, healthy breakfast - these pancakes are made from whole food ingredients with fiber and nutrients for a healthy and tasty breakfast
    Dirty Chai Latte Pancakes

    Ingredients

    • Oat Flour: Oat flour is the base of these pancakes. I love using oat flour because it is so easy to make yourself and can be gluten-free if necessary.
    • Baking Powder & Baking Soda: To help the pancakes rise and cook properly.
    • Chai Spices: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, cloves
    • Cold Brew Coffee: Cold brew is usually pretty strong, but be sure to select a cold brew that has tons of coffee flavor. Also, avoid buying a brand with added sugar.
    • Lemon Juice: For a bit of tang, and for acid to react with the baking powder and soda.
    • Maple Syrup: To add sweetness to the pancakes. You could sub date syrup for a completely fruit sweetened pancake.
    • Toppings: Chocolate Chips, Blueberries, Coconut Yogurt, etc.
